家禽采血技术及注意事项

由于集约化规模化养禽的迅速发展,疫病频暴,所以,计划免疫十分重要,同时,为了做好春防和秋防的监测,需要做实验室血清学检查,为了保证血清学检测结果的准确性,采血技术十分关键。本文结合20余年临床经验,简要介绍几种家禽的采血方法。1准备工作采血前要准备保温箱、酒精棉、一次性无菌注射器、口罩、乳胶手套、防护服、胶鞋、记号笔、记录单等。家禽的采血方法主要有翅内侧腋下静脉采血、骨内侧静脉采血和心脏采血法等。
