[目的]观察芪桂生肌膏湿敷联合西医干预糖尿病足血管介入术后恢复疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法分为两组。对照组40例降糖药控制血糖至正常范围,控制血压,使用抗生素,血管介入干预。治疗组40例芪桂生肌膏(黄芪、桂枝各30g,川芍、当归、牛膝各20g,红花、参三七、鸡血藤各10g),研成颗粒,麻油调糊,创面清创消毒,将调好的药糊滩涂在无菌纱条上,厚约2mm,湿敷在患肢溃疡部,包扎固定,1次/2d换药;下次换药时先清洗残余药渣,重新清创消毒,敷药原则先远后近,先软后韧,先易后难,若创面渗液过多,用纱条引流;西医干预同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡创面、踝肱指数、不良反应。连续干预4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效21例,有效8例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。溃疡创面愈合及踝肱指数治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]芪桂生肌膏湿敷联合西医干预糖尿病足血管介入术后恢复效果显著,值得推广。

[Conclusion] The recovery effect of Qi Guisheng Miao plaster wet compress combined with Western intervention on diabetic foot vascular intervention is significant and worthy of promotion.
