一个使用连续分布和运动热源去描述激光在高纯度烧结的氧化铝陶瓷基片材料上打孔过程中的温度分布图和热应力传布的方法已经研制出来。激光打孔时的温度分布和切应力分布适合于表示影响氧化铝材料可能破裂的因素。为了帮助我们确定最佳的激光打孔参数,这些因素是重要的。试验数据是从脉冲形式工作的红宝石和CO_2激光器中获得的。试验结果发现与理论上的分析非常吻合。
A method of using continuous distribution and kinetic heat sources to describe the temperature profile and thermal stress distribution during laser drilling of high purity sintered alumina ceramic substrate materials has been developed. The temperature distribution and shear stress distribution during laser drilling are suitable for the factors that influence the possible rupture of the alumina material. These factors are important in helping us determine the best laser drilling parameters. The experimental data was obtained from pulsed ruby and CO 2 lasers. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
