介绍了国内矿用水泥管道侧壁打孔方法现状及矿用水泥管道现场施工的技术难题,分析了水射流应用于矿用水泥管道侧壁打孔的技术优势,提出了应用前混合磨料射流打孔方案,结合正交实验的特点并进行现场实验,实验表明:射流压力和靶距对矿用水泥管道侧壁打孔效果的影响最大,喷嘴直径和靶距的影响都相对较小。
This paper introduces the current situation of the side-wall drilling method of mining cement pipes and the technical problems of on-site construction of mining cement pipes. The technical advantages of water jet applied to drilling the side walls of mining cement pipes are analyzed. Hole program, combined with the characteristics of orthogonal experiments and field experiments, experiments show that: jet pressure and target distance on the side walls of mining cement pipe punch the most effect, the nozzle diameter and target distance are relatively small.
