应用气相色谱检测技术,建立了三唑磷和毒死蜱在水稻植株、土壤和田水中的残留分析方法,并采用该方法研究了三唑磷.毒死蜱在水稻植株、土壤和田水中的消解动态。当添加水平为0.01~1.0mg/kg时,三唑磷的回收率和变异系数分别为80.5%~106.1%和5.4%~8.0%,毒死蜱的回收率和变异系数分别为79.1%~109.4%和2.3%~8.5%。消解动态试验结果表明,三唑磷在水稻植株和土壤中的平均消解半衰期分别是1.6d、4.0d,毒死蜱在水稻植株和土壤中平均值则分别为1.5d、4.0d。
The gas chromatography analysis technique was used to establish a method for the determination of triazophos and chlorpyrifos residues in rice plants, soil and field water, and the digestion kinetics of triazophos, chlorpyrifos in rice plants, soil and field water were studied. The recoveries and coefficients of variation for triazophos were 80.5% -106.1% and 5.4% -8.0%, respectively, and the recoveries and coefficients of variation for chlorpyrifos were 79.1% -109.4% at the level of 0.01-1.0 mg / kg and 2.3% ~ 8.5%. The dynamic test results of digestion showed that the average digestion half-life of triazophos in rice plants and soil were 1.6d and 4.0d, respectively, and the average values of chlorpyrifos in rice plants and soil were 1.5d and 4.0d, respectively.
