本文观察了小鼠感染伯氏疟原虫AN KA株后,骨髓和脾脏红系造血祖细胞生成由8个以上红系细胞组成的集落(Erythroid Colony Forming Unit CFU-E)的动态变化过程;比较了正常小鼠与感染小鼠骨髓与脾脏CFU-E的生长曲线;证明疟原虫对CFU-E无明显抑制作用。
In this paper, the dynamic changes of erythrocytic hematopoietic progenitor cells from bone marrow and spleen to erythrocytic hematopoietic progenitor cells (Erythroid Colony Forming Unit CFU-E) composed of more than 8 erythroid cells were observed in mice infected with AN KA strain of Plasmodium berghei. The growth curve of CFU-E in normal mice and infected mice with bone marrow and spleen showed that Plasmodium had no significant inhibitory effect on CFU-E.
