本文以18只兔为实验对象,采用正交实验法观测复合药物(氟化钠,维生素C,维生素D,维生素A,自然铜.葡萄糖酸钙)4周的成骨效果。对实验结果—动物不同程期胫骨的骨体积、骨密度、骨重量(简称BVDW-作者注);骨能生物力学及骨组织学的综合分析、评价、优选出本实验最佳的成骨药物配伍及用量,为临床应用奠定基础。结果发现:氟化钠能明显地促进成骨和增强骨骼;自然铜的成骨作用仅次于氟化钠,优选出的最佳药物及用量组合为氟化钠O.1mg/天,自然铜1ml/天,维生素C0.75ml/天。
In this paper, 18 rabbits as experimental subjects, the orthogonal experiment was used to observe the osteogenic effects of the combination drugs (sodium fluoride, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin A, natural copper and calcium gluconate) for 4 weeks.
