渡市洗选厂输煤栈桥为两跨长各为44.8m、宽4.74m钢结构栈桥,与同类栈桥相比,具有省钢、垂直挠度、水平位移小等优点,主要措施是:(1)采用轻型围护结构。(2)采用以高强度钢绞线作为预应力拉杆的预应力钢结构五阶段设计。(3)选择了良好的截面型式和部分型钢采用16锰钢。 这种结构不仅能节约钢材50%左右,而且可以达到大跨度,它的应用并不限于输煤栈桥,用在任何大跨度超静定结构中都可以取得明显的经济效益。 本文将重点介绍预应力钢结构五阶段设计、施工、测试及分析情况。
