华北、东北地区档案工作第三次协作会议,于1994年9月5日至8日在吉林省长春市召开。会议交流和探讨的主要问题归纳如下:一、关于在新形势下改革和发展档案工作问题1、在新形势下深化改革,持续发展档案工作,关键在于解放思想,转变观念。与会同志认为,深化改革,扩大开放和建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势,给档案工作提出了更高的要求,带来了新的机遇。同时,也出现了一些新的问题和矛盾,要抓住机遇,迎接挑战。
North China and Northeast China archives work for the third collaboration meeting, in September 5, 1994 to 8 held in Changchun City, Jilin Province. The main issues for the exchange and discussion of the conference are summarized as follows: 1. Issues Concerning the Reform and Development of Archives in the New Situation 1. The key to deepening reform and continuing to develop archives in the new situation lies in emancipating the mind and changing attitudes. The participating commanders believed that the new situation of deepening reform, opening wider to the outside world and establishing a socialist market economic system have set new demands for archives work and brought about new opportunities. At the same time, some new problems and contradictions also emerged. We should seize the opportunities and meet the challenges.
