当前,中国职业教育已发展到了以就业为风向标的模式转变新时期,学生职业能力的培养更显突出。对高职英语教学来说,翻译的能力是职业能力培养的一个重要因素,但在翻译方面,不少学生存在着认识上和操作上的误区,而造成这些问题的主要原因在于他们对英汉两种语言特点及差异缺乏足够的了解。同时,与时代发展难相适应的教学手段和观念亦应得到及时的调整。因此,通过对高职学生翻译能力的研究,本文作者认为高职学生翻译能力的提高,应该从语言的特点入手,巩固学生的英汉语言知识,强化学生语言转换在实际中的操作与反馈。
At present, China’s vocational education has evolved into a new era in which employment is the trend indicator. The cultivation of students’ professional ability is even more prominent. For higher vocational English teaching, the ability of translation is an important factor in the cultivation of professional competence. However, in translation, many students have misunderstandings in understanding and operation. The main reason for these problems lies in their Language features and differences lack sufficient understanding. At the same time, teaching methods and concepts that are difficult to adapt to the development of the times should also be adjusted in a timely manner. Therefore, through the study of the translation ability of higher vocational students, the author of this paper thinks that the improvement of vocational students’ translation ability should start from the characteristics of language, consolidate the students’ knowledge of English and Chinese language, and strengthen the operation and feedback of students’ language conversion in practice.
