高炉风口、渣口是在1200℃以上的高温下工作,要受铁水和炉渣的浸蚀以及炉料和热风的冲刷,因而寿命短,更换频繁。这不但影响炉况的顺行,而且对生铁的产量、质量和热能消耗都有很大影响,同时更换风口的操作也是很艰苦的。为解决这一问题,自1978年10月份起,我们就在本溪钢铁公司开始用等离子喷涂工艺向风口渣口的易损面上喷涂陶瓷层(Al_2O_3和ZrO_2)的试验研究,

This not only affects the furnace condition, but also greatly affects the production, quality and thermal energy consumption of pig iron. At the same time, it is also very difficult to change the outlet. To solve this problem, from October 1978 onwards, Benxi Iron and Steel Company began to spray the ceramic layer (Al 2 O 3 and ZrO 2) on the wearing surface of the slag mouth by plasma spraying.
