聋哑学生的多疑与偏执,智障学生的麻木与迟钝,还有盲生的自卑与自弃都为特殊教育学校安全管理带来了巨大挑战,给特殊教育学校教职工增加了巨大工作量和管理责任。只有从残疾学生的安全隐患与事故产生的诱因出发,从残疾学生身心健康发展特点入手,对特殊教育学校的安全风险作出全面与科学评估,并认真制定与严格落实相对应的有效防范措施,才能使安全风险得到有效防控。
