观察了知母皂甙对甲高模型动物β-受体系统的调整作用。发现异丙肾上腺素(ISO)刺激甲高小鼠模型后的血浆环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)浓度显著高于对照组,知母皂甙对此具有保护作用。放射配基结合分析法观察甲高大鼠脑组织β-受体表观结合位点数(Rt),结果表明甲状腺激素可使β-受体的Rt值显著升高,而知母皂甙可对抗这一作用
The regulative effect of timosaponin on the β-receptor system in Alzheimer’s disease animal model was observed. The concentration of cAMP in the hypercaprine mice model induced by isoproterenol (ISO) was significantly higher than that in the control group, and timosaponin had a protective effect. Radioligand binding assay was used to observe the number of β-receptor binding sites (Rt) in brain tissue of hyperthyroid rat. The results showed that the thyroid hormone could significantly increase the Rt value of β-receptor, and timosaponin could resist this. effect
