APC称复方阿斯匹林,又称复方乙酰水杨酸,是最常用的热镇痛药。其组分是阿斯匹林、非那西丁、咖啡因。对APC含量分析一般采用容量法,此法操作繁琐,有文献报道采用液相色谱法和薄层色谱法,而对APC某一成分用光度法测定也有报道。本文采用薄层层析法和紫外分光光度法,对APC中的三组分进行分离和定量分析,取得了满意的结果。这种测定方法,尚未见报道。操作简便,仪器普及,便于推广。
APC compound aspirin, also known as compound acetylsalicylic acid, is the most commonly used thermal analgesics. Its components are aspirin, phenacetin, caffeine. The APC content analysis generally use the volume method, this method is cumbersome to operate, there are reports using liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography, and the determination of a component of APC with photometric method has also been reported. In this paper, thin layer chromatography and UV spectrophotometry were used to separate and quantitatively analyze the three components in APC. Satisfactory results were obtained. This method has not been reported yet. Easy to operate, universal equipment, easy to promote.
