近年来,无锡市让大中型企业在对外开放中唱主角,使许多大中型企业技术得到了更新,产业得到了重组,市场得到了拓宽,机制得到了改革,企业呈现出新的生机和活力。它所产生的导向效应、裂变效应和辐射效应,意义不仅仅在于其自身,更重要的是给无锡经济及社会发展带来了巨大的促进作用。其产生的成效主要表现在实现了“四个转变”,形成了“四个一批”。
In recent years, Wuxi City has allowed large and medium-sized enterprises to play a leading role in opening up to the outside world, bringing the technology of many large and medium-sized enterprises up to date. The industry has been restructured, the market has been broadened, the mechanism has been reformed, and companies have shown new vigor and vitality. The guiding, fissile, and radiation effects it generates are not just its own, but more importantly, it has brought a tremendous boost to Wuxi’s economic and social development. The main achievements are the realization of “four changes” and the formation of “four batches.”
