目的:观察益气养血化瘀汤联合常规疗法治疗慢性肝病对肝纤维化及肝功能相关指标的影响。方法:纳入70例慢性肝病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组各35例。对照组予美能等护肝抗病毒治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气养血化瘀汤。连续治疗4周。观察2组的治疗效果、肝纤维化及肝功能相关指标的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PCⅢ)及层粘蛋白(LN)水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上述各指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ALT、AST水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血化瘀汤联合常规疗法治疗慢性肝病疗效显著,能有效改善腹痛、腹胀等临床症状,延缓肝纤维化进程,改善肝功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of Yiqi Yangxuehuyu Decoction combined with routine therapy on the indexes of liver fibrosis and liver function in patients with chronic liver disease. Methods: Seventy patients with chronic liver disease were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into two groups of 35 cases using random number table. The control group to the United States and other liver protection antiviral therapy, the observation group in the control group based on the treatment with qi nourishing blood stasis soup. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect, the changes of hepatic fibrosis and related indexes of liver function in the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.86%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of HA, IV-C, PCIII and laminin in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment P <0.05). The above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The levels of ALT and AST in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The levels of ALT and AST in the observation group were lower than those in the control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Yangxuehuyu Decoction combined with conventional therapy has significant curative effect on chronic liver disease, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and abdominal distention, delay the process of liver fibrosis and improve liver function.
