目前我国电缆行业在生产过程中对外径的测量及控制基本上都是手工操作的。人工用千分卡测量,由于操作上的差异及间断性,影响产品的质量电缆外径的大小,实际上反映了绝缘层的厚度。及时测量电缆外径尺寸并进行调节,控制绝缘层厚度较薄而又不进入下限,可以节约大量绝缘材料,又保证产品质量。
