基于圆柱管在轴向载荷的作用下能发生对称的局部屈曲变形的原理,利用模具对钢管进行冷加工,成形出所需的喇叭状管口,确定了模具的进给量并分析了在该进给量下钢管缩径区直径的变化情况。钢管在脱模后由于残余应力的作用发生回弹影响成形精度。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对喇叭口成形过程和回弹进行仿真计算,得到不同进给量下管件的变形情况。基于仿真结果生产出公差为0.02mm的管件。
