Human chromosome microdissection and microdissection, a technique developed only recently, enables the simple and rapid creation of DNA-specific DNA libraries. It marks a breakthrough in cytogenetics and molecular biology that provides a new method for screening genes or DNA fragments and solving problems in this cross-cutting field and is currently used in the study of human genetic diseases. This article describes the development of this technology, existing problems and application prospects.
