研究了褐铁矿配比对钒钛磁铁矿烧结基础性能的影响。研究结果表明,钒钛混合矿的同化温度随着褐铁矿配比的升高而降低,液相流动性指数随着褐铁矿配比的升高而升高,黏结相强度随着褐铁矿配比的升高先升高后降低。不同褐铁矿配比的钒钛混合矿同化温度在1 302~1 315℃,液相流动性指数在1.12~1.32,黏结相强度为4 628~5 198N。从综合利用低价铁矿石资源、降低生产成本和改善钒钛烧结矿质量的角度,分析褐铁矿配比对钒钛混合矿同化性、液相流动性和黏结相强度的影响,得出1号褐铁矿配比为10%(褐铁矿总配比37.2%)时,烧结配矿方案最优。
The effect of the ratio of limonite on the basic properties of vanadium-titanium magnetite was studied. The results show that the assimilation temperature of vanadium-titanium mixed ore decreases with the increase of the ratio of limonite and the liquidity index increases with the increase of the ratio of limonite. The bond strength increases with the increase of limonite The ratio of ore increases first and then decreases. The vanadium-titanium mixed ore with different limonite ratios has an assimilation temperature of 1 302 ~ 1 315 ℃, a liquid index of 1.12 ~ 1.32 and a bond strength of 4 628 ~ 5 198N.
