预应力密肋楼板作为一项新技术,在我市的近几年施工中,有了很大的发展。由于这项技术具有降低层高、简化模板、结构刚度大、空间大、在同样高度下能增加层数等诸多优点。因此受到建设、设计、施工等单位的认可。我公司所承建的牡丹江医学院教学实验楼工程采用了无粘结预应力密肋楼板技术,效果显著,被评为黑龙江省2002年度省“优质工程”及“新技术推广应用示范工程”。
