目的 :研究成年balb/c小鼠卵巢摘除后骨丢失的规律及其发生机理。方法 :成年balb/c小鼠卵巢摘除后 1个月、3个月、6个月处死 ,取出L2 椎体及右股骨 ,采用透射电镜观察及灰分测量等方法研究其骨丢失的规律和机制 ,并和对照组比较。结果 :小鼠卵巢摘除后 1个月即可见骨小梁表面细胞功能活跃 ,3个月时股骨干重、灰分重量明显低于对照组 ,6个月时骨小梁表面又相对趋于静止。结论 :balb/c小鼠卵巢摘除后很快出现骨丢失 ,3个月时可以观测到骨量改变 ,6个月时骨丢失又趋减轻
Objective: To study the regularity and mechanism of bone loss after ovariectomy in adult balb / c mice. Methods: The ovaries of adult balb / c mice were sacrificed at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after removal of the ovaries. L2 vertebrae and right femur were removed. The rules and mechanism of bone loss were studied by transmission electron microscopy and ash measurement. And compared with the control group. RESULTS: One month after ovariectomy, the cells on the surface of trabecular bone were active. At 3 months, the weight of femur and weight of the trabecular bone were significantly lower than that of the control group. The surface of the trabecular bone tended to be still at 6 months. CONCLUSIONS: Balb / c mice rapidly lose their bone loss after ovariectomy and bone mass changes can be observed at 3 months, with bone loss decreasing again at 6 months
