随着我国民用航空事业的迅猛发展,民航总局空管局在“十一五”建设期间决定我国民用航空飞行空域在2007年11月22日全面实施缩小垂直间隔(RVSM Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum),以促进民航事业又好又快发展。本文试从安全顺利实施RVSM的角度出发,结合我国民用航空业的发展现状,着重围绕实施RVSM的重要性与必要性、设备配置、基本步骤及成本效益等,探讨一些看法。
With the rapid development of civil aviation in China, CAAC Air Traffic Control Administration decided in the “Eleventh Five-Year” period of construction of China’s civil aviation flight airspace on November 22, 2007 the full implementation of RVSM Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) In order to promote the sound and rapid development of civil aviation. Based on the safe and smooth implementation of RVSM, this paper tries to discuss some issues around the importance and necessity of implementing RVSM, equipment configuration, basic steps and cost-effectiveness in light of the development status of China’s civil aviation industry.
