本文采用复合矿化剂技术以及采用高碱度系数和高铁配料,研究制备了C_3S型硫铝酸盐水泥熟料,并对制成水泥的性能进行了初步的研究。研究结果表明:通过复合矿化剂技术、采用高碱度系数和高铁配料,能够实现低温、高SO_3条件下C_3S与C_4A_3S的共存以制备C_3S型硫铝酸盐水泥熟料;不同于传统的C_2S型硫铝酸盐水泥,C_3S型硫铝酸盐水泥除了具有快凝、快硬、早强的特点外,还具有强劲的后期强度增长特点,为低品位铝矾土或高铝工业废渣的利用奠定了基础。
In this paper, the use of composite mineralizer technology and the use of high alkalinity coefficient and high iron ingredients, research and preparation of C_3S type sulphoaluminate cement clinker, and made a preliminary study of the performance of cement. The research results show that the coexistence of C_3S and C_4A_3S under low-temperature and high-SO_3 conditions can be achieved through the combination of mineralizer technology, high alkalinity coefficient and high-iron batching to prepare C_3S type sulphoaluminate cement clinker; it is different from the traditional C_2S.
