患儿男,因“生后反应差16 h”入院。患儿系第1胎第1产,胎龄38周自然分娩,出生时羊水Ⅲ度粪染,羊水少,出生体重2340 g,脐带及胎盘未见异常。查体:皮肤干燥,哭声弱,无皮疹、出血点及瘀斑,轻度黄染;鼻梁低平,眼间距宽,右手通贯掌,四肢肌张力低下;心肺腹无异常。家族史:父亲41岁,母亲28岁,母孕期合并妊娠期高血压,母亲血小板正常。入院时血常规:WBC 13.4×109/L,RBC2.6×1012/L,HGB 97 g/L,PLT 39×109/L;ALT 28 Children male, due to “poor response after birth 16 h ” admission.
