今年1月24日,中国统配煤矿总公司以中煤总财字(92)第37号文,下达“关于调整和放开煤矿机械产品出厂价格的通知”。通知中指出,为扩大煤机企业的自主权,推动企业走上自主经营、自负盈亏、自我改造、自我发展、自我约束的商品生产经营者的轨道,决定对煤矿机械产品出厂价格实行全面改革,即将煤机价格由国家定价为主转向市场调节为主。
