汉语和德语这两大语言系统的巨大差异性和各自独特的表达方式,必然使《红楼梦》的德语读者的接收渠道与汉语读者对文本信息的接收渠道大相径庭,这也就决定了“好了歌注”以及整部《红楼梦》翻译的难度。“好了歌注”中的文化负载词汇的话语符号“所指”指涉的含义,无法激活无中国文化预设的德语读者的想象空位。《红楼梦》德译者根据自己的翻译思想和策略,通过用尽量忠实于原文字面含义的翻译方法来处理文中的文化负载词汇。这种策略实现了在“好了歌”原语语篇和德语语篇得以连贯的前提下对原文的最大限度的忠实性翻译,但存在着无法激活德语读者记忆中的有关图式并获得与中国社会文化语境中相应意境方面的风险。
