建立了电感耦合等离子体-发射光谱法同时测定土壤、岩石及水系沉积物中B、Ba、Be、Cd、Ce、Co、Cr、Cu、L a、L i、M n、N i、Pb、Sc、Sr、T i、V、Zn、M o等19种微量元素的方法。通过大量干扰实验,选择合适的测定元素波长,并对背景校正位置进行了优化。该方法定量限能够满足土壤、岩石及水系沉积物中化探分析的要求。
The inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry was established for the simultaneous determination of B, Ba, Be, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, L a, L i, M n, Ni, Pb, Sc, Sr, Ti, V, Zn, M o and other 19 kinds of trace elements. Through a large number of interference experiments, select the appropriate wavelength of the determination of elements, and background correction position is optimized. The limit of quantification of this method can meet the requirements of geochemical analysis in sediments of soil, rock and water.
