本文对评价PVD(物理气相沉积)镀膜与基材附着强度(亦称结合力)的动态拉伸法进行了分析;根据材料力学原理提出用应变能法来估算其镀膜的附着强度,并对均匀应力和集中应力下的板状拉伸试样上的镀膜在动态拉伸过程中剪切应变能进行了推算,其结果:在镀膜杨氏模量相同且与基材杨氏模量相差较大、试样几何尺寸相同的条件下,镀膜在动态拉伸过程中的总剪切应变能与试样拉伸过程中的形变量△L成正比。此结果与划痕法进行了比较,得到一致的结果。
In this paper, the dynamic tensile method for evaluating the adhesion strength (also known as the binding force) between PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating and the substrate was analyzed. According to the principle of material mechanics, the strain energy method was used to estimate the adhesion strength of the coating. Stress and concentrated stress on the plate tensile test specimen in the dynamic tensile shear strain energy was calculated, the results: the coating Young’s modulus and the same substrate with a large difference between the Young’s modulus , The same sample geometry, the total tensile strain of the coating during dynamic drawing is directly proportional to the amount of deformation △ L during the drawing process. This result is compared with the scratch method and results are consistent.
