李小华系上海李小华律师事务所主任、高级律师,上海市法学会诉讼法研究会干事,美国刑事辩护律师协会会员。曾荣获“上海市首届律师职业道德标兵”、“上海市法律援助先进律师”、“平安英雄”等称号。是卢湾区第十四届人民代表大会代表、卢湾区人大常委会内务司法工作委员会委员、卢湾区人民政府法律顾问、卢湾区首批自主创新领军人才,华东师范大学法政学院、交通大学法学院兼职教授,海南大学金融刑法研究中心兼职研究员,上海市消费者协会特聘保护消费者合法权益律师志愿者,《解放日报》(法律咨询版)“十大律师”之一。本文根据2003年10月30日、2007年12月12日和2008年10月26日三次访谈整理。
Li Xiaohua is the director and senior lawyer of Shanghai Li Xiaohua Law Firm, the director of the litigation law research institute of Shanghai Law Society, and the member of American Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was awarded the title of “Shanghai First Lawyer Professional Ethics”, “Shanghai Advanced Legal Aid Lawyer”, “Safe Hero” and so on. Luwan District, the 14th People’s Congress, Luwan District People’s Congress Standing Committee on the affairs of the judiciary, Luwan District People’s Government legal adviser, Luwan District, the first leader of independent innovation, East China Normal University, Law School, Jiaotong University Law School part-time Professor, Hainan University, Center for Financial Criminal Law Research Fellow, Shanghai Consumer Association Duty to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers volunteer lawyers, “Liberation Daily” (Legal Advisory) “one of the top ten lawyers ”. This article is based on three interviews conducted on October 30, December 12, 2007 and October 26, 2008.
