目的:建立气相色谱测定火麻仁中亚油酸、α-亚麻酸的含量方法,为评价质量和标准制定提供依据。方法:ZB-WΑX毛细管柱(0.5μm×0.32 mm×30 m),载气为高纯度氮气,流速1.0 mL.min-1,分流比5∶1,柱温为190℃,进样口温度为250℃,FID检测器温度为250℃,空气450 mL.min-1,氢气45 mL.min-1。结果:火麻仁中亚油酸、α-亚麻酸含量分别31.42%~37.21%,8.02%~9.65%。结论:该法准确,简便,重复性好,可用于火麻仁中亚油酸、α-亚麻酸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid in hemp seed by gas chromatography, providing the basis for evaluating the quality and standard setting. Methods: A ZB-WAX capillary column (0.5 μm × 0.32 mm × 30 m) was used. The carrier gas was high purity nitrogen with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The split ratio was 5:1 and the column temperature was 190 ℃. 250 ℃, FID detector temperature of 250 ℃, air 450 mL.min-1, hydrogen 45 mL.min-1. Results: The content of oleic acid and α-linolenic acid in hemp seed were 31.42% -37.21% and 8.02%-9.65% respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid in hemp seed.
