体育教师的教学反思能力存在着反思意识弱、反思内容不够全面,反思方式单一等问题。本文结合自身成长过程和写教学反思的经历,分析问题产生的原因。
The teaching reflexivity of physical education teachers has some problems such as weak reflection consciousness, incomplete reflection content, and single reflection. This article analyzes the causes of the problem by combining its own growth process and writing reflections.
