液动冲击回转钻在生产中广泛应用的结果说明,液动冲击回转钻可以提高钻进效率及钻孔质量,特别是突破坚硬岩层和“打滑”地层的一种有效的钻进手段。理论研究和实践表明,诸多因素都会影响井下冲击器工作频率。因此,从研究冲击回转钻井底过程的需要来看,迫切需要了解冲击器在井底工作的有关规律,这是液动冲击回转钻理论研究、改进冲击器结构、在生产中指导和控制钻进操作等,所迫切需要的。做为冲击器的生产调试及产品的台架试验也需要有一个简便实用的测频仪表。FM—3型测频仪正是根据这些要求而研制的。
