【目的】运用数据分析方法探寻缩短科技期刊论文发表周期的有效方法。【方法】基于期刊运行中的各种数据,如投稿量、录用率、审稿周期、编辑加工周期、稿件存量等,通过进一步的数据挖掘,分析比较,结合实例,探讨了缩短科技期刊论文发表周期的各种方法。【结果】提出了缩短科技期刊论文发表周期的解决措施,利用数据论证解决措施的有效性,并通过定期监控各环节数据使各项保障措施得以进一步落实。【结论】基于合理的数据统计和分析能为期刊发展提供确切的依据,找到有效的解决方案。
【Objective】 To explore effective ways to shorten the publication cycle of scientific journals by means of data analysis. 【Method】 Based on various kinds of data in periodical operation, such as manuscript submission rate, hiring rate, manuscript review period, editing and processing period, manuscript stock etc., through further data mining, analysis and comparison, combined with examples, Various methods of the cycle. 【Result】 The paper put forward the solutions to shorten the publication cycle of scientific journals, use the data to prove the effectiveness of the measures, and further ensure the implementation of various safeguards by regularly monitoring the data of each link. 【Conclusion】 Based on reasonable statistics and analysis of data, it can provide exact basis for the development of journals and find effective solutions.
