近年来,从中央到地方,各单位、各部门将职工教育、人才培训工作列入重要议事日程,并设置专门机构,组织专职人员负责日常工作。我接任这项工作不久,对本所职工教育状况很不熟悉,为了防止工作中的盲目性,现已开始进行调查摸底,试图在此基础上积累一些资料,经过分析,提出一点看法供领导及同志们参考,更希望得到各方面的指导、集思广益,使我所职工教育工作做到:方向明确、措施有力、收效显著。
In recent years, from the central authorities to local governments, all units and departments have included employee education and personnel training in important agenda and set up specialized agencies to organize full-time personnel to take charge of routine work. Soon after taking up this job, I was not familiar with the education of staff and workers. To prevent the blindness in my work, I started to carry out investigations thoroughly and tried to accumulate some information on this basis. After analysis, I put forward my point of view for leaders and comrades They are all referring to the guideline. They also hope to receive guidance from all quarters and draw on collective wisdom so that the education work of our staff and workers will be accomplished in a clear direction, with effective measures and remarkable results.
