充血性心力衰竭病人常常合并贫血。心衰可通过激活神经内分泌系统、增加炎性细胞因子的表达和引发慢性肾功能不全及药物等作用导致贫血,而贫血本身亦可诱发与加重心衰。纠正贫血有可能显著改善心衰病人预后。
Patients with congestive heart failure often have anemia. Heart failure can lead to anemia by activating the neuroendocrine system, increasing the expression of inflammatory cytokines and triggering chronic renal insufficiency and drugs, and anemia itself can induce and aggravate heart failure. Correct anemia may significantly improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure.
