辽河油田公司全力打造资源节约型企业,“十五”期间累计节约水资源1000万立方米,节约24．8万吨标准煤,创造了产油大户与耗能大户之间的不等式。这是产油大户:10年前年产原油达到1552万吨,目前稳稳地站在1200万吨以上;这应当也是耗能、耗资源大户:油田地跨两省13个市(地)34个县(旗),产出的原油2／3是稠油、超稠油和高凝油,被称为中国最大的稠油生产基地。这样的原油需要热力开采,其能耗是一般原油的两到三倍。然而,辽河油田公司的经营者们却创造了产油大户与耗能大户之间的不等式。
Liaohe Oilfield Company made every effort to build a resource-saving enterprise. During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, a total of 10 million cubic meters of water resources were saved and 248,000 tons of standard coal were saved, creating an inequality between large oil producers and large energy consumers. This is a major oil producer: the crude oil output reached 15.52 million tons a year ago 10 years ago, and now stands at 12 million tons steadily. This should also be a major source of energy and energy consumption.
