Zn - 5 %Al-RE合金镀层既有铝元素把钢基与环境分隔的屏障保护作用 ,又有锌元素优异的电化学防护性能 ,在各种大气中的抗蚀能力是同厚度热镀锌层的 2~ 3倍 ,其加工成型性、涂挂性优于热镀锌层。这种合金的熔点只有 382℃ ,比锌的熔点低 37 5℃ ,热镀温度在 42 0~ 45 0℃之间。因此较钢丝的热镀锌能耗低 ,且可保持有镀锌钢丝同样的力学性能 ,从而是取代镀锌钢丝及其制品的理想产品。本文介绍这种镀层钢丝的合金成分、显微组织、热浸镀工艺和装备、耐腐蚀机理和国内开发应用状况
Zn - 5% Al-RE alloy coating has both the barrier effect of separating the steel base from the environment and the excellent electrochemical protection of zinc element.
