本研究使用了３种中药配方并将大白鼠相应分为Ａ、Ｂ，Ｃ３个中药组，目的在于寻找有良好功效的方剂与适合的剂量。研究结果表明，中药Ｃ组出现了类似使用甲睾时血清雌二醇水平、生长激素水平的显著上升；而中药Ａ、Ｂ两组血清中性激素水平无显著升高，但出现了血清生长激素水平的上升。在Ａ、Ｂ，Ｃ３组中，以Ｂ组为最明显并伴有延长冰水游泳的时间，说明了本中药制剂具有一定的增强机体内源性激素的再生功能和提高运动能力的功效。
In this study, three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine formulas were used and rats were divided into A, B, and C three Chinese medicine groups. The purpose was to find a prescription and a suitable dose with good efficacy. The results showed that serum levels of estradiol and growth hormone increased significantly in group C of traditional Chinese medicine, similar to that in group C; whereas levels of serum sex hormones in groups A and B of Chinese medicine did not increase significantly, but serum levels of growth hormone appeared. The rise. In group A, B, and C3, group B was the most obvious and was accompanied by prolonged ice-water swimming time, indicating that this Chinese medicine preparation has certain functions of enhancing the regeneration of endogenous hormones and improving exercise capacity.
