天香园是国家四A级景区,本方案严格控制开发力度,重点保护南北向飞 鸟的飞行路线,只在东南角作尝试性开发,以保证以园养园。该规划由南北两 条干道构成,南面为一条综合商业步行街,开发密度较高,主要安排餐饮、购 物、娱乐、康体、商务等功能。北面以一条较为平直的交通性干道为主轴,功 能以别墅为主,辅以少量的商业及娱乐用房,规划总建筑面积10万平方米。
Tianxiang Park is a national Grade-A scenic spot. The program strictly controls the development efforts and focuses on the flight routes of the north-south flying birds. It is only tentatively exploited in the southeast corner to ensure that parks are parked. The plan is made up of two main roads, north and south. The south is an integrated commercial pedestrian street with a high density of development. It mainly arranges catering, shopping, entertainment, sports and business functions.
