结合当前我国关于住宅建筑节能的研究主要是针对城市地区,关于社会主义新农村建设进程中农村住宅建筑节能方面的研究相对不足的现状,以及广大农村地区本身的社会经济和资源环境特点,在现有研究基础上建立了新农村住宅建筑节能的初始评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法和熵值法的组合赋权结果对其进行筛选和优化,进而保证合理性。最后利用BP神经网络的方法,建立新农村住宅建筑节能评价模型。实例仿真结果表明,该模型可以取得较为理想的评价精度和良好的适用性。
Combined with the current research on energy efficiency of residential buildings in China mainly for urban areas, on the construction of new socialist countryside in the process of rural residential building energy-saving aspects of the relative lack of research and the vast rural areas of their own socio-economic and environmental characteristics of resources Based on the research, an initial evaluation index system for energy saving of residential buildings in new rural areas has been established, and the combination of AHP and entropy method is used to select and optimize the energy efficiency of residential buildings, so as to ensure the rationality. Finally, using BP neural network method to establish a new rural residential building energy efficiency evaluation model. The simulation results show that the model can achieve better evaluation accuracy and good applicability.
