昆明市人防建筑设计院成立于1969年,前身是昆明市人防指挥部设计组,1993年成立昆明市人防建筑设计所。1995年升格为昆明市人防建筑设计院,现具有人防工程设计甲级资质,建筑工程设计乙级资质。全院共有职工42人,其中有高级工程师10人,工程师28人,助理工程师3人,技术员1人。现有注册资金105万,其中技术装备配有较先进的微机、绘图机、彩喷机、单喷机、扫描仪、光盘刻录
