研究了加有CS_2的气氛中的硫氮共渗。在作为载体的丙烷裂化气里,添加50%的NH_3和0.006%的CS_2,把S45C试样于843°K(绝对温度)在上述气氛中处理10.8KS(千秒),X线衍射证实,表面生成物分别为Fe_(1-x)S、FeS、Fe_3和Fe_4N;在被处理试样的横截面组织中观察到化合物层;渗层的硬度由表及里逐渐提高,并在化合物内层达到极大值。从这些结果上看,采用加有CS_2的气氛,进行钢的硫氮共渗是可能的。
Sulfuritriding in a CS 2 -containing atmosphere was investigated.
