目的 比较各种化学指示剂在不同物品灭菌中监测效果。方法 选择自动牵开器、敷料包、手术器械包各30例 ,比较 3种化学指示剂在 3类物品规范灭菌中的监测结果。结果 生物监测结果指示 3组灭菌合格率均为10 0 % ;12 5 0多参数化学指示剂的监测判断指示为牵开器合格率 16 6 %、敷料包合格率 96 7%、器械包合格率76 6 % ;0 10 0 4多参数化学指示剂的监测判断指示为牵开器合格率 73 3%、敷料包合格率 10 0 %、器械包合格率96 7% ;综合性化学指示剂监测判断指示为 3组灭菌合格率均为 10 0 %。结论 多参数化学指示剂变色效果受外界因素和人为因素影响大 ,易造成判断失误 ;综合性化学指示剂判断准确、便捷。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of various chemical indicators in the sterilization of different articles. Methods 30 cases of automatic retractor, dressing package and surgical instrument package were selected respectively. The monitoring results of three kinds of chemical indicators in the standard sterilization of three kinds of articles were compared. Results The biomonitoring results indicated that the pass rate of sterilization in the three groups was 100%. The monitoring judgment of 1255 multi-parameter chemical indicators indicated that the qualified rate of retractor was 16.6%, the passing rate of dressing package was 96.7% Rate of 76 6%; 0 10 0 4 multi-parameter chemical indicators of the monitoring judge instructions for the retractor 73 3% pass rate, dressing package pass rate of 100%, equipment package 96.7% pass rate; comprehensive chemical indicator monitoring Judgment instructions for the three groups were 100% pass rate of sterilization. Conclusion The result of multi-parameter chemical indicator discoloration is greatly affected by external factors and human factors, which can lead to misjudgment. Comprehensive chemical indicator can be judged accurately and conveniently.
