Ⅰ.前言用经典的化学分析法测定铝盐中铝的含量时,系于氯化铵存在下加过量的氨水,使沉淀为氢氧化铝,然后将氢氧化铝炽灼至恒重,权秤所得的氧化铝再换算成铝盐的含量。药典上规定的铝盐药物的含量测定也采用此法;但是这种重量分析法耗时太多,每做一次测定约需两天,不能满足迅速而及时地检验成品或半成品的要求。我们采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐作为容量滴定剂并以铬黑T指示终点的方法,能在很短时间内完成测定的手续,每分析一个样品,需时不及20分钟,大大地缩短了分析步骤与操作时间。
Ⅰ.
