目的探究无弹性贴布(McConnell贴布)对慢性踝关节外侧不稳定(chronic lateral ankle instability,CLAI)患者踝关节步态运动学表现的干预效果。方法招募健康人群与CLAI患者各25例。通过使用三维运动捕捉系统(Vicon)进行步态分析,先后进行赤足状态与McConnell贴布贴扎状态下的步态分析,共采集四组实验数据,使用IBM-SPSS 20.0软件进行双因素重复测量方差分析,研究无弹性贴布对CLAI的影响。结果试验组伸膝(P=0.015)和屈膝(P<0.001
