目的分析带线锚钉修复跟腱近止点断裂临床效果及并发症。方法选取2015年5月—2019年5月内蒙古医科大学第二附属医院诊治的30例跟腱近止点断裂患者的临床资料,行回顾性分析,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组15例行肌腱缝合线缝合术治疗,研究组15例行带线锚钉修复治疗,观察两组疗效、手术时间、并发症发生情况及跟腱功能恢复情况。结果研究组手术时间(35.62±3.83)min,对照组手术时间(68.47±5.92)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.6
