[目的]分析Maspin和Fas在宫颈癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征间的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化法检测20例正常宫颈、20例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)、50例宫颈癌组织中Maspin和Fas的表达水平。[结果]正常宫颈、CIN、宫颈癌组织中Maspin阳性表达率分别为85.0%(17/20),65.0%(13/20)和36.0%(18/50),三组间有显著性差异(χ2=15.1875,P<0.05);Fas的阳性表达率分别为90.0%(18/20),50.0%(10/20)和38.0%(19/50),三组间有显著性差异(χ2=15.5329,P<0.05)。Maspin表达与宫颈癌组织学分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),Fas表达与宫颈癌FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。[结论]Maspin和Fas在宫颈癌中低表达,两者参与了宫颈癌的发生和发展。
[Objective] To analyze the expression of Maspin and Fas in cervical cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological features. [Method] The expression of Maspin and Fas in 20 cases of normal cervix, 20 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 50 cases of cervical cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rates of Maspin in normal cervix, CIN and cervical cancer tissues were 85.0% (17/20), 65.0% (13/20) and 36.0% (18/50), respectively, with significant differences among the three groups χ2 = 15.1875, P <0.05). The positive expression rate of Fas was 90.0% (18/20), 50.0% (10/20) and 38.0% (19/50) respectively. There was significant difference among the three groups (χ2 = 15.5329, P <0.05). The expression of Maspin was correlated with histological differentiation, FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Maspin and Fas are low expressed in cervical cancer, both of which are involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
