随着近几年经济的迅速发展,国际油价也呈持续上升的趋势,与此同时,海外石油工程劳务市场变得日益繁荣,石油企业外部市场的国际步伐逐渐加速。企业生产经营的快速发展,也对海外石油工程的企业的劳务方面的管理工作提出了新的挑战。本文从实行EVA考核对海外石油工程企业劳务管理方面产生影响的角度出发,对EVA模式做了一些论述和分析,并在此基础上,相应地提出了一些针对性的措施及建议。
With the rapid economic development in recent years, international oil prices have also been on the rise. At the same time, overseas oil engineering service markets have become increasingly prosperous, and the international pace of the oil market has gradually accelerated. The rapid development of production and operation of enterprises also poses new challenges to the management of the labor affairs of overseas petroleum engineering enterprises.
