医药企业是我国国民经济的一个重要组成部分。文章阐述了医药企业面临一系列亟需解决的问题,提出了树立资金时间价值观念,增强现金流量意识、优化资金筹措结构、人才的聚集和有针对性的选择创新、借力资本市场谋求自身壮大,降低成本、完善政府规制及资本市场等针对性的管理途径,希望能够促进医药企业的健康发展,使其更好的服务社会。
Pharmaceutical companies are an important part of our national economy. The article elaborates that pharmaceutical enterprises are faced with a series of problems which are urgently needed to be solved. Some suggestions are put forward, such as setting time value of capital, raising awareness of cash flow, optimizing fund raising structure, pooling of qualified personnel and targeted selective innovation, leveraging capital market to seek growth , Reduce costs, improve the government regulation and capital markets and other targeted management approach, hoping to promote the healthy development of pharmaceutical companies to make it better serve the community.
